Jones Logistics (JoLo) is delighted to announce that Donovan Jackson is the recipient of our JoLo BOLO award for February 2025!
The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program began in 2022 as an initiative to honor exceptional members of our team who are going above and beyond. Each month, employees nominate colleagues who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For February, that honoree is Donovan Jackson.
Donovan is one of our CDL drivers and is based in Oregon. Despite celebrating just one year with JoLo, he has already made a very meaningful impact on those around him. Donovan is the kind of driver you can count on, no matter the route or the challenge. From long stretches on the road between Oregon, Texas, and Florida to extended time away from home, he shows up with consistency, thoughtfulness, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. He’s always thinking ahead, finding better solutions, and looking out for both the team and the customer. It’s that dependable, people-first mindset that makes Donovan such a valued part of JoLo.
“Donovan goes above and beyond for Jones,” anonymously commented one of his co-workers. “He made up maps for the drivers that showed what doors to go into for Generac. The maps showed the best truck route to take…He makes sure everything is done correctly, and he cares about doing a great job.”
