For March 2025, Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize two outstanding team members as our JoLo BOLO award winners: Kim Ortega and Tyler Austin!

Whether it’s through humility, teamwork, work ethic, or a spirit of helpfulness, BOLO recipients like Kim and Tyler consistently lead by example.
Kim Ortega has been a dedicated member of the JoLo team for nearly eleven years, and currently serves as Accounts Payable Clerk Team Lead. Known for her humble spirit and unwavering commitment, Kim consistently goes above and beyond without seeking recognition. Her positive attitude and quiet leadership have made her an invaluable part of the team, and her commitment to doing what’s right — no matter who’s watching — truly sets her apart.
“Kim always strives to do her best without asking for any recognition,” shared one of her co-workers. “She always keeps a positive outlook and is willing to help in any way.”
Since joining JoLo in January 2024, Tyler Austin has quickly made his mark on our team as a Carrier Sales Representative. He’s known for his strong work ethic, team-first mentality, and generous spirit both inside and outside of the office. Tyler’s selflessness and reliability make him a perfect example of what it means to be #OneofJones.
One teammate commented, “Tyler is always helpful if there are any issues or questions regarding work; he is quick to jump in and help. Outside of work, he is just the same...If anyone needs anything, he’s always the first to offer help or advice, and he always leaves with, ‘You don’t have to thank me.’”
