Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Angie Seidl as our JoLo BOLO award winner for the month of May!
The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative, evolved into a monthly award in April 2024, allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For May 2026, that honoree is Angie Seidl.
Angie originally joined Jones Logistics in May 2021 as an Operations Manager. Based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, she quickly became a crucial member of the JoLo team and was promoted to Senior Operations Manager just over a year and a half later. Over the past five years, Angie has undoubtedly tackled each day with focus, teamwork, and a commitment to getting the job done right, but it's no secret that life happens beyond the workplace. When tragedy struck at home, that didn’t stop her from showing up for her team:
“Angie recently lost her mother, and in the most of her own personal loss, she put her own sorrow on hold and continued to make sure her team was taken care of and never lost sight of us,” anonymously commented one of Angie’s co-workers. “I know how hard loss is, and her courage to continue working through it was an inspiration.”
Life's most meaningful moments, and most difficult ones, extend far beyond the workplace. As Angie navigated the loss of her mother, she continued to demonstrate remarkable integrity, compassion, and commitment to her team. Her resilience and dedication made a lasting impression on those around her, reminding us that integrity is often demonstrated not in life's easiest moments, but in its most challenging ones.
