Jones Logistics (JoLo) is thrilled to announce that Jimmy Pierce has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for August 2026.
The JoLo BOLO (Be On the Lookout) employee recognition program kicked off in fall 2022. What started as a quarterly celebration has grown into a monthly tradition since April 2024, giving us even more chances to spotlight outstanding team members. Every month, employees nominate their peers who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, and a diverse committee selects the honoree. For August 2026, that honoree is Jimmy Pierce.
Jimmy joined Jones Logistics in April 2022 as an Operations Representative. After serving in that role for more than three years, he transitioned to the role of Account Coordinator in June 2025. Throughout his time at JoLo, Jimmy has earned a reputation as a dependable, patient, and supportive teammate who is always willing to lend a hand.
This month, Jimmy was recognized for demonstrating both unity and sustainability. These two values are evident in the way he works with the people around him.
"Jimmy is the most patient person I know,” anonymously commented one of his co-workers. “He truly takes the time to make sure the people on our team are trained and are comfortable with their job before moving on. He's always here to listen and answer questions."

Jimmy's recognition this month reflects the kind of teammate he has consistently been throughout his time at JoLo. His willingness to help others, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting his coworkers make him a valuable part of the Jones Logistics team.
