Jones Logistics (JoLo) is thrilled to announce that Joshua Crystle has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for April 2026!
JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout), originally launched in fall 2022, began as a quarterly employee recognition program. In April 2024, BOLO transformed into a monthly program, giving us the opportunity to spotlight even more outstanding employees. Each month, employees nominate their peers who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For April, that committee selected Josh Crystle.
Josh joined the JoLo team in June 2021 as a forklift operator and has grown alongside the organization, taking on increasing levels of responsibility over the years. Now serving as an Industrial Operations Supervisor at our yard location in Waukesha, WI, Josh has built a reputation as a dependable leader and a trusted resource for both drivers and team members alike.
During his time at JoLo, Josh has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a willingness to step in wherever needed. His leadership style reflects both accountability and approachability, which are qualities that have made a lasting impact on his team and the broader operation.
"Josh consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity in everything he does,” anonymously commented one of his co-workers. “Whether addressing driver concerns, navigating safety situations, or stepping in to assist when support is needed, he approaches each situation with honesty, accountability, and professionalism. This recognition builds on a pattern of consistent praise from his peers. Over the past year, Josh has received multiple nominations highlighting his work ethic and team-first mindset.
In addition to his day-to-day leadership, Josh continues to invest in his professional development. Most recently, he completed his Train-the-Trainer Forklift Certification, further strengthening his ability to support safe, efficient operations and mentor others on the team.
