This month, Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to announce that Kaitlyn McGrew has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for September 2026!
JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) was originally launched in the fall of 2022 as a quarterly recognition program in which our employees nominate their peers for exemplifying our company’s core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. A diverse committee from across the organization then selects a winner. In April 2024, BOLO was reintroduced as a monthly program to recognize even more of the exceptional employees, like Kaitlyn, who make Jones Logistics the incredible company it is today.
Kaitlyn began her journey with Jones Logistics in April 2023. During her time with our team so far, Kaitlyn has served in our Finance department as a Carrier Settlements Specialist.
Kaitlyn’s passion for her work is evident in the way she approaches each day. She consistently looks for opportunities to learn, improve, and better support those around her. One of her co-workers pointed out that “she is passionate about her work, and it shows every day because she is always asking questions to expand her expertise and help the team.”
That desire to grow, combined with her willingness to take on responsibility, has made Kaitlyn a dependable member of the Finance team. She approaches challenges with a positive attitude and remains committed to keeping things running smoothly, even when demands increase. Her colleagues know they can count on her to step up, learn what is needed, and see the job through.
Kaitlyn’s reliability has been especially valuable during challenging periods. Another co-worker has stated that “she stepped into carrier settlements during a particularly tough time and handled it like she'd been doing it for years. Her positive attitude, work ethic, and willingness to jump in have made a huge impact, and it's easy to see why she's so appreciated by her coworkers.”
