Jones Logistics (JoLo) is delighted to announce that Seth Lawrence is the recipient of our JoLo BOLO award for March 2026!
The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, which began in 2022 as a quarterly initiative to honor employees, transitioned to a monthly award in April 2024, enabling us to acknowledge even more exceptional team members. Each month, employees nominate colleagues who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For March, that honoree is Seth Lawrence.
Seth joined JoLo in July 2019 and serves as our Accounts Payable Specialist. Throughout his time with us, Seth has become a valued member of the Finance team, known for his thoughtful approach to work and his willingness to take on complex tasks that require patience and persistence.
Those who work with Seth appreciate both his capability and his humility. He consistently takes the time to carefully work through challenges and clearly communicate solutions, ensuring that projects are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting the broader team.
