Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Paris Tackett as our JoLo BOLO award winner for the month of July!
The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative, evolved into a monthly award in April 2024, allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For July 2026, that honoree is Paris Tackett.
Having joined us in October 2024 as Senior Pricing Analyst, Paris is approaching two years with Jones Logistics and is based in our Shelbyville, TN office. Since joining the team, Paris has earned a reputation for supporting his colleagues and approaching every challenge with professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Paris' impact is perhaps best described by one colleague who nominated him this month:

He is always looking for ways to make our processes better, asks thoughtful questions that challenge the status quo, and is willing to invest the extra effort needed to achieve the best outcome for the organization.
