Hannah Lockey Awarded JoLo BOLO Award for 2023

Two years ago, Jones Logistics (JoLo) launched JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout), a quarterly employee recognition program designed to acknowledge and reward outstanding employees who exemplify our company's core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. Today, JoLo is proud to announce that Hannah Lockey, Operations Representative, has been awarded not only the title of Q4, 2023 JoLo BOLO, but she is also being recognized as our JoLo BOLO of the Year for 2023! 

The JoLo BOLO recognition program is an opportunity for members of our JoLo team to identify and acknowledge co-workers who are exceeding expectations or going above and beyond the call of duty. This past quarter, Hannah Lockey received many great nominations. 

Hannah became a member of the Enterprise Operations team in November 2021 and is based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. So far during her two-year tenure with us, she has played a pivotal role in maintaining many valuable relationships between JoLo and other companies. She takes her job seriously, but Hannah is also living proof that you can be good at your job and still have some fun now and then. In fact, on an average day in the office, Hannah can be found dancing and singing in front of her desk- when she’s not talking to a customer, of course. 

“Hannah is wonderful on the phone,” anonymously commented one of her co-workers. “If I were a customer, I would be thrilled to work with a rep who is as attentive, kind, warm, and courteous as Hannah!" 

Although she has many, perhaps one of Hannah’s most admirable qualities is her compassion and generosity toward others, as pointed out by another one of her co-workers: 

“I noticed that Hannah would bring two coffees to work, one she bought for herself and one for whoever else needed it. She is always pointing out kindness in others, and she is the first person to shout a compliment...she also keeps an upbeat energy around her team that is contagious."
