Jones Logistics (JoLo) is thrilled to announce that Rhashad West has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for August 2025.
The JoLo BOLO (Be On the Lookout) employee recognition program kicked off in fall 2022. What started as a quarterly celebration has grown into a monthly tradition since April 2024, giving us even more chances to spotlight outstanding team members. Every month, employees nominate their peers who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, and a diverse committee selects the honoree. For August 2025, that honoree is Rhashad West.
Rhashad has been with Jones Logistics since January 2022, and more recently, he has taken on the critical responsibility of maintaining and optimizing the applications that support our 3PL Operation. Whether it’s troubleshooting issues with Turvo integrations or ensuring other essential tools run smoothly, Rhashad is always ready to step in. His expertise helps keep our systems reliable and ensures the business can perform at its best every day.
