Jones Logistics Celebrates Jamie Black as July 2025 JoLo BoLo Award Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Jamie Black as our JoLo BOLO award winner for the month of July! 

The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, was originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative. In April 2024, it evolved into a monthly award, allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, and a diverse committee selects the final honoree. For July 2025, that honoree is Jamie Black. 

Having originally joined in September 2023 as a Staff Accountant, Jamie is going on nearly two years of employment with JoLo and is based out of our Hattiesburg, MS office. During her time with us so far, not only has Jamie become an integral member of the team, but she is also very well respected and is praised for the sense of community she brings to the people around her. In fact, within the past quarter, Jamie was nominated three times for her demonstration of unity: 

“Jamie lends herself to engage in meaningful, purposeful, and often entertaining conversations that recruit every co-worker around our space,” anonymously commented one of her teammates. “She makes us ALL feel included and seen!” 

In a similar vein, Jamie is also being recognized for her sincerity and commendable desire to band everyone together. In fact, another one of her co-workers points out that “[Jamie] often reminds us that we are a team and it takes everyone working together to make Jones an enjoyable workplace.”
