This month, Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to announce that Ray Lott has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for September 2025!
JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) was originally launched in the fall of 2022 as a quarterly recognition program in which our employees nominate their peers for exemplifying our company’s core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. A diverse committee from across the organization then selects a winner. In April 2024, BOLO was reintroduced as a monthly program to recognize even more of the exceptional employees, like Ray, who make Jones Logistics the incredible company it is today.
Ray began his journey with Jones Logistics in April 2022 as a Fleet Telematics Analyst and has continued to grow and evolve alongside the company ever since. He went on to serve as a Logistics Specialist, then as an Operations Systems Analyst, and most recently, he was promoted to Operational Systems Strategist in October 2025. Throughout each role, Ray has consistently demonstrated an eagerness to learn, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for improving the systems and processes that help JoLo run efficiently. His newest position allows him to focus even more on long-term strategy, innovation, and collaboration to support the company’s continued growth.
Ray’s peers agree that his enthusiasm and positive energy make him a standout teammate. In fact, one of his co-workers shared that “Ray brings a positive attitude to work every day! He is a great collaborator and team player, always assisting others with a genuine, supportive demeanor.”
Another peer echoes this sentiment by pointing out that “Ray embodies what it means to be a Jones employee flawlessly. He is enthusiastic, welcoming, supportive, and incredibly sensible. His can-do attitude prepares him for any obstacle we face.”
