Jones Logistics Celebrates Reggie Townsend as December 2025 JoLo BOLO Award Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is thrilled to announce that Reggie Townsend has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for December 2025! 

JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout), originally launched in fall 2022, began as a quarterly employee recognition program. In April 2024, BOLO transformed into a monthly program, giving us the opportunity to spotlight even more outstanding employees. Each month, employees nominate their peers who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For December, that committee selected Reggie Townsend.

 Reggie joined the JoLo team in March as a National Account Representative. During the nine months he has spent with JoLo so far, Reggie has demonstrated excellence both in his work and as a teammate. Regardless of what is going on in the office or at home, Reggie never fails to bring a great sense of optimism and encouragement to those around him: 

“Reggie goes out of his way seven days a week (and we only work five) to make sure that we all stay motivated,” commented one of his fellow co-workers. “...Even when he’s going through his own stuff, he doesn’t let his light dim even a little bit and still makes sure that the team is doing well. He exemplifies humility greatly, but he is a true example of all our core values. You can’t ask for a better team member than Reggie, and he deserves all the recognition.” 

In addition to humility, Reggie is also nominated for his demonstration of unity. It’s no secret that work can be taxing, but that doesn’t stop Reggie from bringing his team together. In fact, another one of his fellow co-workers says that “Reggie has often been the glue that holds our team together. He stepped up immensely in keeping us focused, driven, and peppy. His spirit has permeated every single member of the Inside Sales team, and he has become a great team leader.”
