Jones Logistics Celebrates Tim Arthur as June 2026 JoLo BOLO Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Tim Arthur as our JoLo BOLO award winner for June 2026!

The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative. In April 2024, it evolved into a monthly initiative, allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For June 2026, that honoree is Tim Arthur.

Tim joined Jones Logistics nearly four years ago and is currently a Driver Lead in the Warehousing division of Jones Logistics. He was selected for his unwavering passion, leadership, and willingness to go above and beyond in support of both his teammates and meaningful causes. Throughout the month, Tim also played an instrumental role in ensuring the success of the Boots Memorial Project, helping coordinate the transportation of nearly 8,000 fallen soldiers' boots from Fort Campbell to Franklin, Tennessee, for the Memories of Honor event.

From carefully planning the transport to assisting with unloading and setup using a forklift at the event site, Tim's attention to detail and commitment helped bring tribute to life in a powerful and meaningful way. Despite the additional responsibilities and time away from his regular duties, Tim never hesitated to step in and help, even knowing it might require extra effort to catch up afterward.

“Beyond his support for the memorial project, Tim continues to make a significant impact within our warehouse operations,” commented one of his co-workers. “He consistently demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to the success of the team. He leads by example each day, setting a high standard through his reliability, accountability, and positive attitude. His ability to balance critical priorities, remain focused under pressure, and deliver exceptional results speaks volumes about his work ethic and dedication.”

Another one of his co-workers points out that “Tim's passion is evident in everything he does. He takes pride in his work, invests in those around him, and continually contributes to building a stronger and more successful team environment. His efforts, both behind the scenes and in his day-to-day responsibilities, do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the impact he makes across JoLo.”
