Jones Logistics Celebrates Molly Longo as January 2026 JoLo BOLO Award Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Molly Longo as our first JoLo BOLO award winner of 2026.

The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative, evolved into a monthly award in April 2024, allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For January 2026, that honoree is Molly Longo.

Molly joined JoLo in September 2024 as our Payroll Administrator and is based in our Hattiesburg, MS office. During the past year and a half she has been with the company, Molly has made a big impact on both her team and those around her by consistently maintaining a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Today, Molly is recognized for exhibiting unity, one of our five core values. Whether she is in the office or taking part in a volunteer project, Molly demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

One of Molly’s co-workers anonymously says that “Molly consistently demonstrates strong collaboration skills and exemplifies the core value of unity in her work.”
