Rochelle Johnson Wins First JoLo BOLO of the Month Award

This month, and for the first time, Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to announce that Rochelle Johnson, Benefits Specialist at Jones Logistics (JoLo), has been selected as our first JoLo BOLO of the month award winner! 

JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) was originally launched as a quarterly employee, nomination-based recognition program. Employees nominate their peers for exemplifying our company core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. A committee of employees from various sectors of JoLo then votes on a winner. 

Rochelle joined JoLo two years ago as our onboarding specialist. She plays a significant role in providing order and stability to our HR processes, including distribution of benefits, recruiting calls, employee anniversary recognition and birthday cards, and new-hire orientation.  

One of her co-workers made a comment that they “appreciate everything she does – including the things when no one is looking.” Although she often does a lot of background work, she has also played a significant role in boosting morale at our Hattiesburg location.  

“Rochelle is always going above and beyond her call of duty,” commented one of her co-workers. “In addition to doing her job, I've seen Rochelle cleaning the break room on multiple occasions, running errands, ordering office supplies, and other HUGE things that dramatically improve our office environment. Also, she does this with such a good attitude. It is my own goal to work as hard as she does while maintaining a positive outlook.”
